We liked the pool, the kids were very happy

Super kid and family friendly hotel. Everyone was incredibly warm. Seems like their normal clientele is mainly comprised of French Canadians, so almost all conversations initially begin in French, but everyone seamlessly switches to English without any issue once it’s clear you don’t speak French. The pool area, splash pad and playground were fun for all ages because there’s also an adjacent hot tub. The restaurant went out of their way to make the kids feel special. They even had their own soft serve machine and let the kids make their own ice cream sundae after their meal. Given the cold and rainy weather while we were in town, we weren’t cooped up in our hotel room because of all of the kid friendly amenities. There was even a kids play room where our 9yo got her nails painted and the kids could play with sand, blocks, air hockey, etc. Free parking. Festive holiday decorations. We couldn’t take advantage of all of the activities Thursday-Sunday because we had things to do in town, but a family could come to the hotel for a weekend and not have to leave for basically anything. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended for everyone specialy for families, lot of activities for kids, room was big and bed was super comfy, balcony was big too, we enjoyed the veiw to the pool, parking is available all the time, staff were super kind. I would definitely consider booking again at this hotel. The water temperature in the swimming pool was good, water could be cleaner but it is still okay, I hope the hotel will improve the filtration system, however water is still okay and we enjoy swimming every day at least twice since the pool open from 10am to 10pm.

the whole establishment is very family friendly my daughter is 6 and she loved the pool, the hot tub, and the mini water park there's a mini arcade in the basement too and underground (not heated) parking the restaurant staff were very friendly and nice view of the pool

Amazing hotel with kids with pool and games very oriented toward families, staff very friendly and helpful, very clean good breakfast reasonable priced, in general we loved it. Very close to large shopping center and restaurants

The property is super close to the highway which is great but is hard to get to right now (Oct 2024) with lots and lots of construction all around. Getting to it wasn’t super easy. The pool area and climbing structure were great for the kids and restaurant was big and easily accessible. We didn’t have a chance to use the blow up castles outside.

The room was comfortable, though we didn't need two beds, and found that one of the beds was more comfortable than the other. We appreciated the onsite restaurant where the food and service were good. The hotel kindly informed us of the construction around their building and suggested an alternate route.

Proximity to mall as another entertainment for families with teens while the younger ones enjoy the hotel’s amenities and activities. The hot tub and serenade of live singers at night is a sweet joy for parents as they look after the kids at the pool.

The activities was fun , beach kinda vibe both adult and kids love that kind of entertainment . The bed was comfy enough. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
